Jumble proudly brings Asian fusion from Japan, Korea, and South East Asian flavours to Red Deer and Central Alberta. Using only the best ingredients from authentic Asian seasoning and sauce suppliers and local Canadian farmers for beef, pork and poultry.

With combined experience of over 20 years, our Jumble sushi chefs bring their expertise to Red Deer and Central Alberta. We offer traditional and fusion sushi. We also make special off-menu requests as long as we have the ingredients for them. Jumble sources our Salmon and Tuna fresh every week from Atlantic Canada. They are filleted, processed and made sushi grade in-house.
